Our primary doctor, Dr. Nelson Mañé is a chiropractor, board certified in chiropractic neurology and chiropractic orthopedics. He has additional sub-specialty training in childhood neuro-behavioral disorders. He has been in practice as a chiropractic physician in Florida since 1985. Dr. Mañé was one of eleven Chiropractors chosen by the American Chiropractic Association out of 60,000 to start the first chiropractic neurology specialty board. He is one of the few chiropractors in the country board certified in both chiropractic neurology and chiropractic orthopedics.
Dr. Mañé has additional sub-specialty training in childhood Neuro-behavioral disorders. We are one of the few offices in the country trained in Hemispheric Integration Therapy for the treatment of A.D.H.D. and Autism Spectrum Disorders (A.D.D., A.D.H.D., Asperger's Syndrome, PDD Pervasive Developmental Disorders, OCD Obsessive Compulsive disorders, Tourette's Syndrome and Autism.)
Dr. Mañé is also a D.A.N. (Defeat Autism Now) Doctor and D.A.N. protocols are also available through Dr. Mane for children on the Autism Spectrum who desire a biomedical approach.
Dr. Mañé has an additional sub specialty training in electrodiagnostics and vestibular disorders (balance problems) allow him to evaluate and treat patients with Shingles (post herpetic neuralgia) and Neuropathy using aspects of functional neurology and biomechanics. He is also a pioneer in High Power Laser Therapy and has a unique approach to the treatment of these conditions.
